Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to ilanchu@hotmail.com with 'unsubscribe' as the subject line.
CHOTOVELLI does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
FREE TWO YEAR WARRANTY on all watches. Our warranty is the same as the manufacturer's.
30 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY Any watch that has not been worn, scratched, damaged or sized may be returned for exchange or for a store credit within 30 days. We do not give refunds or issue charge card credits. Watches for exchange
must be returned in original, new condition along with the gift box, warranty, tags, and a copy of the sales invoice. Customer must pay all shipping charges on exchanges.
CANCELLED ORDERS Customers who place an order and then cancel it or refuse delivery will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee on their credit card.
PRIVACY POLICY We are in the business of selling watches, not names or personal information. We will never, ever give your name, email address, or personal information to anyone.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS In the past, we were not able to accept credit cards issued outside of the US and Canada. Now your International credit card can be processed online, on our website. It usually takes just 5 - 7 business days from the day you place your order till the day you receive your watch. If your credit card was issued by a non-US bank and your shipping address is in the US a 3% charge will be added to your order to cover extra credit card processing fees.
